2020 saw challenges like never before, as the pandemic put normal life on hold, and many dealt with the struggles and fallout from what was an incredibly stressful year. We at Concordia-Chicago challenged our students and alumni of the exercise science graduate programs to create short videos to inspire others to #MakeNowMatter.
Their advice promotes physical health and fitness, mental and psychological wellness, and how to make it a reality during the pandemic and beyond. During these times, it’s not uncommon for individuals to have suffered from poor physical health, in addition to poor mental health and feelings of isolation or loneliness.
Despite the difficulties, we encourage everyone to #MakeNowMatter. Watch our students’ #MakeNowMatter videos below, then learn how you can #MakeNowMatter, too, through online exercise science degrees at Concordia University Chicago.
